Experimental Adobe technology Project Scenic makes it possible to create low-resolution 3D layouts that guide the composition of images created using the Firefly generative AI toolkit.

During the highly anticipated Sneaks session that took place during the Adobe MAX 2024 user conference, Adobe presented a sneak peek of a new group of experimental graphics technologies. There were a total of nine, and there were a variety of technologies that ranged from generative audio and tools for identifying deep forgeries to new image editing and vector animation technologies.

Firefly is a set of generative artificial intelligence tools developed by Adobe. Project Scenic makes it possible to control the layout of images created with Firefly by using 3D. Additionally, it gives you the ability to transform your uncoated 3D scenes into real rendered scenes, a feature that brought to mind the Airen and AIPower tools that are available in Cinema 4D.
